❌ Legal & Transparency
Welcome to the most boring, yet most important page of this website!
This isn’t about planting trees, saving the world, or starting a revolution.
This is about paragraphs, obligations, and things that make lawyers happy.
If you’ve landed here, it’s either because you are very conscientious – or because you accidentally clicked on “Legal”.
Whatever the reason: You’re in exactly the right place.
On this page you will find:
👣 our imprint
the privacy policy
our Terms and Conditions
the cancellation policy
our legal notices
Because transparency isn’t just a word, it’s our foundation.
Contents of this page:
Imprint – Who bears responsibility here (and why he enjoys it)
Privacy Policy – Your data, your rules, our word of honor
Terms and Conditions – The fine print that’s actually readable
Cancellation Policy – In case you get cold feet

I don’t give it away to aliens, nor do I sell it to shady marketing sharks.

- What this is about (in short)
Privacy sounds dry? Not here.
I take protecting your data as seriously as a gardener takes his best tree.
And because I want 9 billion people to feel comfortable here, there are clear rules.
In short:
I only collect data when it’s really necessary.
I don’t sell, give away, or exchange anything – unless you explicitly want it.
Your data is treated as if it were my own.
3. Which data is collected (and why)
When visiting the website
IP address
Browser type and version
Operating system
Date and time of access
Referrer URL (i.e., where you came from)
Why?
So that the website functions at all. So that it remains secure. And because hackers unfortunately don’t take vacations.
When making contact (email, phone, WhatsApp)
When you write or call me, I save:
Your email address or phone number
Your name (if you provide it)
The content of your message
Why?
Well – because otherwise I couldn’t answer.
When using special offers (e.g., courses, newsletter)
When you later book courses, download PDFs, or subscribe to my newsletter:
Name
Email address
Payment information (only as necessary for processing – via Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, or other partners)
Why?
Because I want to deliver what you ordered. Nothing more, nothing less.
- Technical helpers (Cookies & Co.)
Yes, this site uses cookies.
Not chocolate cookies, but small data snippets that your browser stores.
Purpose of cookies:
Make the website faster
Display content better
Analyze user behavior (so I can find out what you’re really interested in)
Which cookies can appear here:
Essential cookies (necessary for operation)
Analytical cookies (e.g., Google Analytics or Matomo, later)
Marketing cookies (if I run ads, e.g., via YouTube, Google Ads, or Social Media)
You can of course reject or delete cookies. Your browser knows how. (If not: ask it politely.)
- Analytics tools and advertising
Later (when we tackle the 9 billion) the following tools might be used:
Google Analytics (for website analysis)
Facebook Pixel (for advertising on Meta platforms)
YouTube Analytics (for video optimization)
TikTok Ads (for creative reach)
LinkedIn Insights (for business contacts)
Newsletter tools (like Mailchimp or Brevo)
These tools help to better understand what moves people – anonymized or pseudonymized where possible.
Your identity is protected, promised.
- Storage and sharing
Data is stored:
Only as long as necessary.
Only on secure servers (e.g., with German or EU-certified providers).
Only by me or strictly vetted partners.
Sharing with third parties? Only if:
you explicitly want it, or
it is legally required, or
a service provider (like Stripe) is needed for processing.
No data sharing with shady characters. Word of honor.
- Your rights (and how to use them)
You have the right to:
Request information about your stored data.
Request correction or deletion.
Request restriction of processing.
Request data portability.
Object (e.g., to analytics tools).
How?
Simply send an email to: info@francis-tonleu.org
Subject: “I want to see my data!” or something equally charming.
- External links
My website may contain links to other websites.
I am not responsible for their privacy practices. (Just as I’m not responsible for the weather.) - Changes to this privacy policy
As my website evolves (which it will – because we want to reach 9 billion!), this statement will also be adjusted.
So:
As of: April 28, 2025
Changes will be announced on the website.
For major changes, there will be a friendly email notice if you are registered.
10. A final word
This isn’t just about paragraphs.
This is about respect.
Your data is part of your freedom.
And I will guard it like my greatest treasure.
Because real change is based on trust.
And because 9 billion voices can only come together if every single one counts.
End of the Privacy Policy.
3. Terms and Conditions – The fine print that’s actually readable
No legal chamber of horrors, but real rules on an equal footing.
Here you’ll learn how things work if you book, buy, or download something from me.
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
(Version: Gabriel FrancisTonleu, as of 2025)
- Who sets the rules here
These GTC apply to all offers and products from:
„9 Billion Peoples – 9 Billion Voices – 1 Earth“

This is where you find courses, books, visions, and everything a better world needs.
- What you can get here
I offer you:
Online courses (as immediate access or download)
E-books and books
Webinars and workshops (live or recorded)
Digital memberships (clubs, communities, platforms)
Consulting and coaching
Physical products (e.g., books, trees, merchandise)
In short: Everything the mind thinks and the heart desires.
- How a contract is formed
You order or book via my website, shops, or platforms (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, Udemy, Thinkific, Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, Kajabi, Hotmart, Gumroad, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others).
You receive a confirmation.
The contract is concluded – and the journey begins. - Prices and payment
All prices are plus statutory value-added tax (currently 19% in Germany).
You pay via the payment methods I offer:
Credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and whatever else comes in the future.
Payment is always in advance, before you receive access or goods.
No money – no course. (Simple world, right?) - Delivery and access
Digital products:
After successful payment, you receive immediate access via link, email, or login data.
For courses or downloads, delivery begins directly as soon as you access them.
Physical products:
Shipping happens as quickly as possible. If a package is delayed sometimes, we’ll just talk – no panic.
6. Right of withdrawal and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
IMPORTANT:
For digital products (e.g., online courses, downloads, webinars) your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
you expressly agree that I begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
What does this mean concretely?
As soon as you access the course or start a download, the withdrawal is done.
No going back possible – the deal is sealed.
Therefore, you will be expressly informed about this at the point of purchase and must agree before you order.
For physical products (e.g., books, merchandise) the normal right of withdrawal under distance selling law applies.
- Rights and licenses
Everything you buy here is my intellectual baby.
You receive a personal right of use: for you and your purposes.
No sharing, no resale, no modification without my written consent.
(Unless you want to conquer the world together – then let’s talk.)
- Liability
I love what I do – but I’m no magician.
For ordinary negligence, I am only liable if essential obligations are breached.
No liability for lost profits, speculative losses, or lost dreams.
For force majeure (natural disasters, server crashes, alien invasions) I am not liable anyway.
Your common sense is always required.
- Data protection
Data protection is not just lip service for me, but a duty of honor.
How I protect your data is described in my Privacy Policy.
Short version: Your data belongs to you. Period.
- Changes to these GTC
I reserve the right to adjust these GTC if necessary.
You will always find the current version on my website.
If you are already a customer and important changes occur, I will inform you in a timely manner. - Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Place of jurisdiction for disputes is Andernach, Germany, if you are a merchant or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in the EU. - Closing word (honest and heartfelt)
These GTC are not a weapon permit, but a handshake in words.
I want to deal fairly with you – and wish the same in return.
Together we shape a movement that reaches 9 billion – with trust, joy, and respect.
If you have questions: ask.
If you have criticism: bring it on.
If you are excited: bring friends.
End of the GTC
4. Cancellation Policy – In case you get cold feet
This states what you can do if you change your mind –
and when that unfortunately no longer works because you’ve already clicked “Download” and thereby sealed the deal.
Cancellation Policy
(Version: Gabriel Ali Tonleu, as of 2025)
- Your right to cancel (withdrawal)
If you buy something from me as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
you received the goods (for physical products) or
you received access to the digital product (e.g., online course, download).
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You simply need to send me a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
This can be done, for example, by:
Email to: info@francis-tonleu.org
❌ Letter to:
Gabriel Francis Tonleu
Am Weißen Haus 5

It is sufficient if you write:

Sale!

Original price was: 9,00 €.1,00 €Current price is: 1,00 €. / month
You don’t have to use a form – but you may if you wish.
- Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
I will reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal notice.
For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (unless we have expressly agreed otherwise).
If you have received physical goods:
You must return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Particulars for digital products
Now it gets important:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
you have expressly agreed that I begin performance of the contract (e.g., provision of a course or download) before the withdrawal period expires,
and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
What does this mean?
As soon as you access the course or start a download, withdrawal is excluded.
No more cancellation possible – you are, after all, receiving immediately what you paid for.
No nasty tricks – just clear rules that help both sides.
- Model withdrawal form (if you need it)
(You are not required to use this form – it’s just an offer.)

5. Legal Notices (Disclaimer) – No hocus pocus, just order in the house
Here are the last important things:
Liability, copyright, link liability – all served properly, honestly, and with a smile.
Legal Notices (Disclaimer)
(Version: Gabriel Ali Tonleu, as of 2025)
- Liability for content
I have built this website with as much heart as one can muster.
Nevertheless: I do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
I can’t save the world and control all the commas in the world at the same time.
Important:
Pursuant to § 7 para. 1 TMG, I am responsible for my own content on these pages.
Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
If I become aware of specific legal violations, I will of course remove the affected content immediately.
Until then: Trust is good – facts are better.
- Liability for links
My website contains links to external third-party websites.
I have as much influence over their content as I do over the weather in Antarctica – namely, none.
Therefore:
I assume no responsibility for these external contents.
The operators of the respective pages are always responsible.
Upon becoming aware of legal violations, I will of course remove such links.
Until then: Surf wisely and self-determinedly!
- Copyright
All content and works on this website (texts, images, videos, ideas, visions – in short: everything!) are subject to German copyright law.
This means:
Copying, distributing, editing, and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require my written consent.
Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
If you want to use something: Just ask.
(A simple “Hey Gabriel, can I use this?” is usually enough.)
- Trademark law
“9 Billion Peoples – 9 Billion Voices – 1 Earth” and all associated logos, slogans, and project names are my registered or claimed trademarks.
Using these trademarks without my permission is – to put it mildly – not a good idea.
Better do it officially: A simple conversation opens more doors than an unauthorized copy-paste raid.
- Medical, legal, or financial advice
Even though I sometimes talk about smart things concerning money, climate, or the future:
I am not a doctor, not a lawyer, and not a financial advisor.
My content does not replace individual advice from professionals.
In short:
No promise of healing.
No legal advice.
No secret stock market oracle.
What I offer are inspirations, ideas, and real impulses for action – no magic formulas.
- No warning without prior contact
Should anyone be of the opinion that legal regulations are violated on this website:
Please don’t send an expensive warning letter.
Better write me a direct email.
I promise: We will find a solution together.
Because real people talk to each other before they shoot.
- Closing word (friendly as always)
Legal matters are important, but trust is more important.
If you are on this page, you are part of a movement built on respect, joy, and cooperation.
Thank you for being here.
End of the Legal Notices
6. Cookie Policy – Not chocolate, but technology
Cookies? Yes – but only the digital ones.
Here you’ll learn what your browser stores, why it happens, and how you stay in control.
What are cookies anyway?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit our website. They help to load content faster, recognize you again, or analyze what interests you.
Which types of cookies do we use?
Essential cookies
Necessary for the site to function at all (login, language settings, shopping cart, etc.).
Analytical cookies
(e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo) – help us understand how you use the site.
This data is anonymous or pseudonymous.
Marketing cookies
(e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) – show you relevant content or advertising.
Third parties may collect data in this process.
How can you manage cookies?
You can block, delete, or selectively allow cookies in your browser.
On your first visit to our website, you will receive a notice with a selection option.
You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Why we tell you:
Because transparency is not an option – it’s an obligation.
And because your data remains your data.
End of the Cookie Policy
- Terms of Use – For everyone who does more than just read
If you register, comment, or become interactive, a few basic rules apply. Don’t worry – nothing complicated. - Respect and fairness
You may participate. You may criticize. You may think.
What you may not do: insult, incite hatred, spam, lie, or manipulate. - Uploading or posting content
If you share texts, images, or posts, you must ensure you have the rights to them.
No third-party content without consent. No fake news. No rubbish. - Platform behavior
We reserve the right to delete posts or accounts if:
applicable law is violated
other people are insulted, discriminated against, or threatened
automated bots or AI spam appear
the system is disrupted by repeated misuse
4. Responsibility
You are responsible for your own posts.
If you cause harm – morally, technically, or legally – you must also answer for it.
- Good news at the end
If you act here with heart, respect, and intelligence, you are always welcome.
This is a place for people who build up, not tear down.
End of the Terms of Use
- International Notes – For all 195 countries
Our movement is global. And so is this website. So you know what applies where, here are a few notes:
For users in the EU
We fulfill all requirements of the GDPR – including data protection, cookies, withdrawal, and information obligations.
Your rights remain fully preserved.
For users in the USA
This website does not offer financial, tax, or health advice within the meaning of US authorities.
We do not guarantee SEC, FDA, or IRS compliance – because we are not a US company.
All content is educational offers, not financial products.
If you live in the USA, use them at your own responsibility.
For users in Latin America, Asia, and Africa
We know: Every country has its own rules – tax, legal, cultural.
We ask you to evaluate the content with your common sense.
We do our best to communicate globally correctly and respectfully – but we are not a substitute for local legal advice.
For all countries with restricted internet access
If you come from a country where content is censored, filtered, or banned – be careful.
We fight for freedom of opinion, data protection, and dignity – but you decide if and how you use this.
End of the International Notes
- Transparency Promise – And why you can trust me
I am not a corporation.
I am a person with an idea.
Everything you read here is real.
Everything you buy supports real projects (e.g., planting trees).
Everything you share helps this idea grow.
I do not sell data.
I do not manipulate people.
I use technology – to strengthen trust, not to exploit it.
If you participate, you know:
This is not about clicks. It’s about impact.
End of the Transparency Promise
- Code of Ethics – Our stance is non-negotiable
What we do is important.
How we do it – that is decisive.
That’s why we openly state here what we stand for – and what we don’t.
What we never do:
We do not sell lies, fears, or manipulation.
We do not accept funds from organizations that destroy nature, people, or truth.
We do not sell opinions – our content is independent.
We do not use Artificial Intelligence to deceive people or secretly collect data.
We do not exclude anyone based on origin, language, religion, gender, or disability.
What is important to us:
Dignity instead of exploitation
Transparency instead of tricks
Long-term thinking instead of hype
Responsibility instead of blame
Connection instead of division
This Code of Ethics is not a law –
but a promise.
End of the Code of Ethics
- Accessibility – Because every person counts
Our platform should be designed to reach as many people as possible –
including people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or special access needs.
What we already do:
Clear language, short sentences, good readability
No color schemes where no one can read anything
Content understandable even without sound or images (where possible)
Mobile view prioritized – for worldwide access
What we want to improve further:
Optimization for screen readers and voice output
Videos with subtitles in multiple languages
Downloadable versions as accessible PDFs
Feedback options for barriers and suggestions
If you notice something that hinders your access:
📧 info@francis-tonleu.org
End of the Accessibility Statement
- Financial Transparency – Where the money goes
We don’t just talk about change – we also finance it.
And we openly say how.
What we finance (and why):
The development of education, awareness, and courses for millions of people
Projects for planting trees and renaturation
Technical infrastructure to reach 195 countries
Translations, media, platform maintenance
Fees for co-creators who need to make a living from their work
What we don’t do:
No bonuses, no luxury hotels, no yachts
No passing on of funds to corporations or middlemen
No support for political parties or lobby groups
Our model in one sentence:
What you pay becomes the seed for more awareness, more nature, and more humanity.
If you want to know exactly how:
📧 info@francis-tonleu.org – we are happy to share.
