6. Right of withdrawal and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

IMPORTANT:
For digital products (e.g., online courses, downloads, webinars) your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

you expressly agree that I begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
What does this mean concretely?

As soon as you access the course or start a download, the withdrawal is done.
No going back possible – the deal is sealed.

    If you withdraw from the contract:

I will reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal notice.

If you have received physical goods:
