Legal & Transparency
Welcome to the most boring — yet most important — page on this website!
This is not about planting trees, saving the world, or starting a revolution.
This is about paragraphs, obligations, and the kind of stuff that makes lawyers happy.
If you ended up here, you’re either very diligent – or you accidentally clicked “Legal”.
Either way: You’re in exactly the right place.
On this page, you’ll find:
- Our legal notice (Impressum)
- The privacy policy
- Our Terms & Conditions (AGB)
- The cancellation policy
- Our legal disclaimers
Because transparency is not just a word — it’s our foundation.
Content of this page:
- Legal Notice (Impressum) – Who’s responsible here (and why he’s happy to be)
- Privacy Policy – Your data, your rules, our word of honor
- Terms & Conditions (AGB) – The small print you can actually read
- Cancellation Policy – In case you get cold feet
- Legal Disclaimers – No hocus-pocus, just good housekeeping

I am neither obliged nor particularly motivated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure. Talking usually works better.
2. Privacy Policy – Your data, your rules, our word of honor
Here I explain how I handle your data:
I don’t gift it to aliens, nor do I sell it to shady marketing sharks.
Word of honor – on the biggest tree on Earth.
Privacy Policy
(Version: Gabriel Francis Tonleu, as of 2025)

2. What this is about (short version)
Privacy sounds dry? Not here.
I treat your data as carefully as a gardener treats his best tree.
And since I want 9 billion people to feel safe here, there are clear rules.
In short:
- I only collect data when it’s really necessary.
- I don’t sell, gift, or trade your data — unless you explicitly want me to.
- Your data is treated as if it were my own.
3. What data is collected (and why)
When you visit the website:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Date and time of access
- Referrer URL (where you came from)
Why?
So the website can work. So it stays secure. And because hackers, unfortunately, don’t take vacations.
When you contact me (via email, phone, WhatsApp):
If you write or call me, I store:
- Your email address or phone number
- Your name (if you provide it)
- The content of your message
Why?
Well – otherwise I wouldn’t be able to respond.
When using special offers (e.g. courses, newsletter):
If you book courses, download PDFs, or subscribe to my newsletter:
- Name
- Email address
- Payment info (only as needed for processing – via Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, or other partners)
Why?
Because I want to deliver what you ordered. Nothing more, nothing less.
4. Technical helpers (Cookies & Co.)
Yes, this site uses cookies.
Not chocolate chip – small data bits your browser stores.
Purpose of cookies:
- Make the website faster
- Display content better
- Analyze user behavior (so I know what really interests you)
Types of cookies that may appear here:
- Essential cookies (necessary for site operation)
- Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics or Matomo, possibly in the future)
- Marketing cookies (if I run ads via YouTube, Google Ads, or social media)
You can of course reject or delete cookies. Your browser knows how. (If not: ask it nicely.)
5. Analytics Tools and Advertising
Later (when we aim for the 9 billion), we might use tools such as:
- Google Analytics (for site analysis)
- Facebook Pixel (for ads on Meta platforms)
- YouTube Analytics (for video optimization)
- TikTok Ads (for creative reach)
- LinkedIn Insights (for business networking)
- Newsletter tools (like Mailchimp or Brevo)
These tools help us understand what moves people – anonymized or pseudonymized, whenever possible.
Your identity remains protected — promise.
6. Storage and Sharing
Data is stored:
- Only as long as necessary
- Only on secure servers (e.g. certified EU providers)
- Only by me or carefully vetted partners
Data sharing with third parties? Only if:
- You explicitly request it, or
- The law requires it, or
- A service provider (like Stripe) is needed for processing
No shady business. Promise.
7. Your rights (and how to use them)
You have the right to:
- Request information about your stored data
- Request correction or deletion
- Request restriction of processing
- Request data portability
- Object (e.g. to analytics tools)
How?
Just send an email to: info@francis-tonleu.org
Subject line: “I want to see my data!” — or something equally charming.
8. External Links
My website may contain links to other websites.
I’m not responsible for their privacy practices.
(Just like I’m not responsible for the weather.)
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If my website evolves (and it will – because we’re aiming for 9 billion!), this policy will evolve too.
So:
Last updated: April 28, 2025
Changes will be announced on the website.
For major updates, registered users will receive a friendly email notice.
10. One final word
This isn’t just about legal paragraphs.
It’s about respect.
Your data is part of your freedom.
And I will guard it like my most precious treasure.
Because true change is built on trust.
And because 9 billion voices can only come together if every single one counts.
End of Privacy Policy
3. Terms & Conditions (T&C) – The Fine Print You Can Actually Read

You place your order or booking through my website or one of my platforms (e.g. francis-tonleu.org, Stripe, WooCommerce, Shopify, Kajabi, Hotmart, Gumroad, Udemy, Thinkific, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others).
You receive a confirmation.
At that point, the contract is valid – and your journey begins.

You can pay via:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Klarna
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer
- Or other local payment options
Payment is due upfront – before you receive access or physical goods.
No payment, no access. Simple as that.
5. Delivery and Access
Digital Products:
Once payment is complete, you’ll get instant access via email, download link, or personal login.
Streaming and downloads are usually available immediately.
Physical Products:
Shipping will happen as soon as possible.
If a delivery takes longer than expected – just get in touch. We’ll solve it together.
6. Right of Withdrawal & When It Expires
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days. HOWEVER:
For digital products (courses, webinars, downloads), this right expires early if:
- You explicitly agree that I start delivering before the 14-day period ends
- You confirm that you are aware you’ll lose your right of withdrawal
Translation:
If you click download or start the course – it’s yours. No refunds from that point.
For physical products (books, merchandise), the standard cancellation rules for remote sales apply.
7. Rights and Licenses
Everything you buy here is my intellectual baby.
You get a personal usage right – just for you.
- No redistribution
- No resale
- No editing
…unless you ask and I say yes.
(If you’re planning to save the planet together with me – we’ll talk.)
8. Liability
I love what I do – but I’m not a magician.
- I’m only liable for simple negligence if it concerns essential contractual duties
- No liability for lost profits, missed opportunities, or broken dreams
- No liability for force majeure (natural disasters, server crashes, alien invasions)
Your common sense is always part of the deal.
9. Data Protection
Privacy is sacred here.
How I protect your data is explained in my Privacy Policy.
Short version: Your data belongs to you. Period.
10. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to adapt these terms if necessary – for legal, technical, or practical reasons.
The latest version is always available on my website.
If you’re a registered user and significant changes occur, I’ll inform you.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply – supplemented by international consumer protection rules.
Jurisdiction is Andernach, Germany – unless you’re a consumer with mandatory jurisdiction elsewhere or you’re acting as a business outside the EU.
12. Final Word (Honest & Human)
These Terms are not a battlefield.
They’re a handshake in words – between me and you.
I promise respect, fairness, and clarity.
And I hope for the same in return.
Because we’re working toward something bigger:
A world where 9 billion people move forward – with knowledge, trust, and joy.
If you have questions – ask.
If you have criticism – bring it on.
If you love it – bring your friends.
End of Terms & Conditions
4. Right of Withdrawal – In Case You Get Cold Feet
Sometimes plans change. That’s okay.
Here’s when you can step back – and when you can’t.
Your Legal Right to Cancel
If you’re a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts:
- For digital products: on the day the contract is concluded
- For physical products: on the day you (or someone you authorized) receive the goods
How to Cancel
Just send me a clear message via email:
📧 info@francis-tonleu.org
Subject: “Withdrawal”
Please include your name, the purchase date, and the product.
That’s it.
What Happens After You Cancel
- If you haven’t downloaded, streamed, or received anything yet → You’ll get a full refund
- If you’ve already accessed the course or file → Your right to withdraw no longer applies
- For physical goods: you return them at your own cost – unused and undamaged, please
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
Important for Digital Products
Your right of withdrawal expires early if:
- You agree during checkout that I start delivering the product before the 14-day period ends,
- You acknowledge that this will forfeit your right of withdrawal.
Translation:
The moment you open the file, click the stream, or start the course – it’s yours.
No way back. The deal is sealed.
That’s why you’ll be explicitly informed during checkout and asked to confirm.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw in the following cases:
- Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed
- Personalized services or one-on-one sessions
- Events or live trainings that have already taken place
Still Unsure?
I’m here to help.
This isn’t a faceless system – it’s a real person behind the screen.
If something went wrong or feels unfair: just talk to me.
We’ll find a solution together.
End of Right of Withdrawal Section
5. Legal Notice (Disclaimer) – No Hocus-Pocus, Just Order in the House
Here come the final essentials:
Liability, copyright, link responsibility – served honestly, clearly, and with a smile.
Legal Notice (Disclaimer)
(Version: Gabriel Francis Tonleu, 2025 Edition)
1. Liability for Content
This website was built with heart – and a lot of it.
Still: I can’t guarantee that every sentence is up-to-date, complete, or free from mistakes.
After all, I’m trying to change the world – I can’t monitor every comma too.
What the law says:
According to § 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), I am responsible for my own content.
However, under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, I am not obligated to monitor third-party information or investigate unlawful activity.
If I become aware of any violations, I’ll remove the content immediately.
Until then: Trust is good – proof is better.
2. Liability for External Links
My website contains links to third-party websites.
I have about as much control over those sites as I do over the weather in Antarctica – which is none at all.
Therefore:
I take no responsibility for external content.
The operators of those sites are solely responsible.
If I learn about any legal violations, I’ll remove the links promptly.
Until then: Click wisely and think for yourself.
3. Copyright
Everything on this website – texts, images, videos, ideas, visions (in short: all of it) – is protected under German copyright law.
That means:
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse anything outside of personal, non-commercial purposes
- Any use beyond that requires my written consent
Want to use something?
Just ask. A simple “Hey Gabriel, may I?” usually does the trick.
4. Trademark Notice
“9 Billion Peoples – 9 Billion Voices – 1 Earth” and all related project names, slogans, and logos are my claimed or registered trademarks.
In short:
- No unauthorized use
- No copying
- No DIY knockoffs
Want to do something with it? Let’s talk before you press Ctrl+C.
5. Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Yes, I talk about money, climate, and the future.
No, I’m not a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial advisor.
That means:
- No medical claims
- No legal guidance
- No secret stock tips
I offer ideas, insights, and perspectives – not prescriptions.
What you do with them is entirely up to you.
6. No Legal Action Without Prior Contact
If you believe something on this website violates your rights:
Please don’t send a lawyer first.
Just email me at 📧 info@francis-tonleu.org
I promise we’ll find a fair solution – person to person, without courtroom drama.
Because real people talk before they sue.
7. Final Word (As Friendly as Ever)
Legal stuff matters. But trust matters more.
If you’ve read this far, you’re part of something greater – a movement based on respect, clarity, and cooperation.
Thank you for being here. And thank you for bringing your integrity with you.
End of Legal Notice

Cookies? Yes – but only the digital kind.
This is where we tell you what your browser stores, why we do it, and how you stay in control.

How Can You Manage Cookies?

Why We’re Telling You
Because transparency is not optional – it’s a promise.
And your data? It stays yours.
End of Cookie Policy

This isn’t a game of metrics.
It’s a mission.
