You receive a confirmation.
At that point, the contract is valid – and your journey begins.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are fairly calculated. In Germany, they include VAT (currently 19%). In other countries, local tax laws apply.

Payment is due upfront – before you receive access or physical goods.

5. Delivery and Access

Digital Products:
Once payment is complete, you’ll get instant access via email, download link, or personal login.
Streaming and downloads are usually available immediately.

Physical Products:
Shipping will happen as soon as possible.
If a delivery takes longer than expected – just get in touch. We’ll solve it together.

6. Right of Withdrawal & When It Expires

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days. HOWEVER:

For digital products (courses, webinars, downloads), this right expires early if:

You explicitly agree that I start delivering before the 14-day period ends
You confirm that you are aware you’ll lose your right of withdrawal

Translation:
If you click download or start the course – it’s yours. No refunds from that point.

For physical products (books, merchandise), the standard cancellation rules for remote sales apply.

7. Rights and Licenses

Everything you buy here is my intellectual baby.

What Happens After You Cancel

If you haven’t downloaded, streamed, or received anything yet → You’ll get a full refund
If you’ve already accessed the course or file → Your right to withdraw no longer applies
For physical goods: you return them at your own cost – unused and undamaged, please

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Important for Digital Products

Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

You agree during checkout that I start delivering the product before the 14-day period ends,
You acknowledge that this will forfeit your right of withdrawal.

Translation:
The moment you open the file, click the stream, or start the course – it’s yours.
No way back. The deal is sealed.

That’s why you’ll be explicitly informed during checkout and asked to confirm.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw in the following cases:
