1. Who makes the rules here

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and products of:

Here you will find courses, books, visions and everything a better world needs. And, of course, terms that do not make you yawn.

2. What you can get here

I offer:

Put briefly: everything the mind imagines and the heart desires. If you can click it online, it is probably from me.

3. How a contract is formed

You order or book through my website, shops or platforms, for example Amazon, Etsy, Udemy, Thinkific, Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, Kajabi, Hotmart, Gumroad, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and others. You receive a confirmation. The contract is concluded—and the journey begins.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are subject to statutory VAT, currently 19% in Germany.

You pay using the payment methods I offer: credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and whatever may come in future. Payment is always made in advance, before you receive access or goods. No money, no course. Simple world, right?

5. Delivery and access

Digital products: After successful payment, you receive immediate access by link, email or login details. For courses or downloads, delivery begins as soon as you access them.

Physical products: Shipping takes place as quickly as possible. If a parcel is delayed, we will simply talk—no panic.

6. Right of withdrawal and its expiry

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The law gives you that right, and rightly so.

Take care with digital products such as online courses, downloads and webinars: your right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree that I may begin performance immediately, meaning I give you access, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This is exactly what happens during the purchase process: you are actively informed before completing the purchase and must agree before clicking “Place order with obligation to pay”.

Legal basis: Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (Germany / EU law).

What does that mean in practice? Once you receive access—by login, link or download—withdrawal is no longer possible. The digital deal is then complete. As stated, you agreed beforehand.

Physical products, such as books or merchandise, are covered by the normal 14-day right of withdrawal, just as the textbook says.

7. Rights and licences

Everything you buy here is my intellectual baby. You receive a personal right of use, for you and your purposes. You may not share, resell or modify it without my written consent. Unless you want to conquer the world together—then we can talk.

8. Liability

I love what I do, but I am not a magician. For ordinary negligence, I am liable only when essential obligations are breached. There is no liability for lost profits, speculative losses or lost dreams. Nor am I liable for force majeure such as natural disasters, server crashes or alien invasions. Your common sense is always required.

9. Privacy

For me, privacy is a duty of honour, not lip service. You can learn how I protect your data in my privacy policy. The short version: your data belongs to you. Full stop.

10. Changes to these terms

I reserve the right to amend these terms when necessary. You will always find the current version on my website. If you are already a customer and important changes occur, I will inform you in good time.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Andernach, Germany, if you are a merchant or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in the EU.

12. Final word, honest and heartfelt

These terms are not a weapons licence, but a handshake in words. I want to treat you fairly and ask the same in return. Together we are shaping a movement that reaches nine billion people—with trust, joy and respect.
